Sesame Seeded Hamburger Buns June Oven & Zojirushi BB-CEC20 Bread Machine

Sesame Seeded hamburger buns
6 1/2 oz of warm water
1 slightly beaten egg
3 1/2 cups of bread flower (king author)
3 1/2 tbsp of unsalted butter
2 tbsp of sugar
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of powdered milk
1 tsp of active dry yeast
Egg Wash
Use bread machine, put liquids first and make a well and add yeast last. Proof in oven or Airfryer 100 degrees for 45 mins (cover with plastic wrap). Before baking brush with room temperature egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 350 for 17 mins. or till golden brown
