Been wanting to try this product for a couple months; I never new something like this existed. Full disclosure, I was not paid for this review and purchased this product of my own choice.

In short, this is really easy make. The amount you can make with one filling of the tube (about 1 1/2 lbs) is the perfect amount for my small Presto Dehydrator.

The texture is not like that of traditional jerky and takes getting use to.
I need to experiment with recipes for this type of jerky. I havent found any online and when trying to research the recipes, it always leads to the pre-made seasoning packets. My concern with developing my own recipe is any liquid that has to be added. Not sure if liquid would affect the way the jerky stays together. If anyone has any suggestions please leave them in the comments section.
