Alright guys! This is a video requested by YOU! And I’m so happy that you did request it because I feel SO passionately about this topic! What is it? Entitlement eating. Basically, entitlement eating is when you say “oh I can have this donut!” so you always eat the donut. You eat it because you’re entitled to it. Now this is totally normal at first when starting your intuitive eating journey but it can actually hinder it long term. I truly believe that intuitive eating should feel good mentally & physically, which requires something called “body attunement”. This means YOU are making the food choices!
I had a real life experience of when I came across entitlement eating in my own life and wanted to share it with you!
