Fruit Custard | Sugar-Free | No Custard Powder | Healthy Summer Dessert

Ingredients:

- 1 banana
- ½ apple
- ½ bowl pomegranates
- 10-15 green & black grapes
- 5 soaked cashews
- 6 soaked almonds
- 3 soaked dates (khajur)
- 10 makhana (fox nuts)
- 1.5 glasses milk
- 1 spoon honey

Recipe:

- Take a pan and add 1 glass of milk.
- Stir continuously until it thickens slightly.
- In a mixer jar, add soaked almonds, cashews, dates, makhana, and ½ glass of milk.
- Grind into a smooth paste.
- Strain the paste using a fine sieve for a creamy texture.
- Add the strained paste into the thickened milk and stir well.
- Meanwhile, chop the banana, apple, and grapes into small pieces.
- Once the milk reaches a custard-like consistency, pour it into a bowl.
- Add all the chopped fruits and pomegranates.
- Mix well and add 1 spoon of honey for natural sweetness.
- Garnish with extra pomegranate seeds.
- Serve chilled or warm for a refreshing summer treat if preferred.

Tips:
- You can add honey while stirring the milk instead of at the end.
- Best served cold, but can be enjoyed warm too.
- Feel free to add any fruits like mango, chikoo, or strawberries.
- This is a perfect sugar-free dessert for guilt-free indulgence.
