Actonians LFC & Abresham FC Football Festival 2023

Check out the highlights of our Football Festival celebrating young afghan girls into our communities and onto our football pitches.
On this sunny day earlier in May, Actonians LFC youth teams and Abresham FC participated in a day of matches, activities and games- on and off the pitch.
For a second year in a row the goal was to welcome everyone and to strike new friendships.
Big thanks to International School of London for kitting us all out & London’s Community Kitchen for feeding us all!
It’s all part of Amnesty International’s #FootballWelcomes refugees and asylum seekers campaign.
