New England Swing 2: NYC FAIL

Jaime and I departure Pittsburgh Allegheny County (AGC) Airport hoping to swing by New York City for a flyby of the Statue of Liberty on our way to Martha's Vineyard. During our IFR departure, we were able to show a Standard Instrument Departure (SID) procedure and then brief the special flight procedures for the Statue aerial tour. Unfortunately the weather developed well ahead of the forecast and this mission was a failure...for now.
