Big Burrow New Year 2021

I stuck a camera back on the big #burrow for a 2-week period over new year, not expecting to see much. A big wattle tree fell onto it just before Christmas (luckily not blocking the entrance) and I thought it might be deserted. However, it was great to see Mum #wombat and her much-grown youngster still living there, plus visits from several healthy #devils and eastern #quolls, a Mum #possum with baby on its back, #silvereyes, #scrubtits and grey #fantails. A young #devil seems to have checked it out several times, perhaps eyeing it up as a possible future #den!
