Stitch Delight: Tudor Rose Embroidered Quilt Blocks Beautiful & Easy😍

In this video I am going to show you this absolutely gorgeous set of quilt blocks from Stitch Delight called Tudor Rose! I purchased this design the moment it was released - it is so beautiful! Believe it or not, it is a quick and easy stitch in one color - awesome for single needle machines like The Dream Machine "McDreamy" - it's basically stitch and go!

For this design, I use a fabric recommended by Stitch Delight called Scuba Knit. The fabric is a thicker fabric with lots and lots of stretch. It is a double knit fabric, so double the stretch! with that in mind, I show you how to set up the blocks before stitching them so you won't get any wrinkles or pulling issues with the fabric. The solution is using temporary adhesive spray to hold the fabric down so the basting stitch can keep everything flat. Make sure you are careful that you don't stretch the fabric in any way.

After everything is hooped properly, we take it to the machine and watch as this beautiful block comes to life!

Once the block is stitched, you need to make the quilt block a perfect square - i have learned through trial and error that this is an important step and will help you line up the blocks better when you stitch it together.

At the end, I show pictures of the finished quilt that Stitch Delight posted on their website because it is perfect and looks amazing!!
