Walk through Sequoias at General Grant Grove Trail in Kings Canyon National Park - California 4K

Welcome to Kings Canyon National Park. We got out early to beat the crowds and the heat and we headed straight for General Grant Tree Trail in the General Grant Grove. I broke away from the family for a bit to do this quiet walk through this grove of massive Sequoia trees. It's hard to convey the scale and beauty of these massive plants. They have such majesty and almost seem like animals. They remind me a bit of Ents from Lord of the Rings. I pass people at a few different places that help show the real scale and size of them. I hope you enjoy this walk.
