Onion and Serrano Pepper Stuffed Smash burgers on the 22" Blackstone

Stuffed Smash burgers, Onion and Serrano Peppers grilled then Stuffed inside a Smash burger.
I use 1 lb 85-15, 1 lb 90-10 and 1 lb of 93-7. I use Montreal Steak seasoning in the Burgers and Steak and Shake seasoning on top while cooking. the next time i made these I put Cheese on top under the lettuce, it melted just enough. I try and get my cheese room temp, yes its harder to work with but it melts much better.
