Dilijan – chain reaction of changes

When 20 years ago we were just developing the concept of Dilijan development, the city was extremely neglected. There was practically no social infrastructure in it. Those were hard times for the whole of Armenia. Together with the consultants, we identified Dilijan as an important point for the development of the entire northern part of the country. It was there that positive changes were to begin, which would eventually cover the entire region. The city with a great past has a great future, especially in the 21st century.

Dilijan has changed a lot over the years thanks to our projects and the projects of other participants, both from the private and public sector. The participation of local residents who feel that this is their city and they are involved in all the initiatives of its development is very important. In this sense, Dilijan is a clear example of a chain reaction of changes. We apply an integrated approach to development not only in Dilijan. Both in Armenia as a whole and in Artsakh, thanks to a combination of charitable, social and commercial projects, we are creating an environment in which it is comfortable to live, raise children and meet old age.

Of course, much remains to be done, but we have already gained unique experience that can be used for the development of other territories, in particular Artsakh. I considered and consider that it is Artsakh that will become the center of the revival of the Armenian world. When there is a clear vision of the future, experience and broad support, development projects are doomed to success.
