Adding “biological” before woman or man quietly accepts the idea that there is another kind. There isn’t.
No surgery or hormones can reassign your sex at the chromosomal level—it’s cosmetic.
And calling it “gender affirming care” tells people who are struggling that they were born in the wrong body.
The truth is simpler: you were made exactly as you are.
