Healing and Wellness - My Gift to the universe

This is a gift from my heart to all the men and women who are in need of healing and have asked and seek wellness for their body, mind and spirit. The spirit of my dad, Norma and most recently my Sensei are talking to me always and in all ways. Mostly in a soft reassuring, loving, whisper I understand and feel in my heart. I love these people and I miss them. I am also so grateful to many others whom have touched my heart and move my spirit along my journey.
