Meat Loaf:
1.5 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c chopped onions
1 egg, beaten
1.5 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
garlic powder to taste
3/4 cup milk
Mix all ingredients and pack into loaf pan.
Add Barbecue Sauce to top before baking and then also before serving .
Bake at 350 or 1 1/4 hour . Allow to set for a few minutes before slicing
