Mediterranean style lemon onion chicken w/ kale garbanzo salad.

Ingriedents:
-3 chicken strips (add more chicken strips for large families).
-1/2 red onion sliced
-1 full lemon
-fresh parsley, coriander & garlic
-1 tsp of cummins, turmeric, rosemary, ginger & coriander powder
-avocado oil
-1/2 tsp salt

Kale salad:
-4-5 leaf of kale
-1/2 cup of kidney & garbanzo beans
-8-10 half sliced baby tomatoes
-1/4 red onion & 3-4 green onion sliced
-1 full lemon juice
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 large cucumber sliced small
-fresh coriander, parsley & cilantro
- avocado (optional) instead add olives
-1/2 serrano pepper
-1/2 tsp salt
