I do not own the music or photos used in this video, no copyright infringement is intended; using here only to educate the public about the history of the Ash Grove, that was located at 8162 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA. In this case, two very young artists who went on to do great things were just finding their way & were heavily influenced by the folk music scene they encountered nightly at the Ash Grove. Jackie was 19 & Ry was merely 16 years old at the time (the pictures are the youngest I have found, but are later images of both).
