Weight loss transformation

As you begin your fitness journey, keep these thing in mind:

1. Start slow and build as time goes by, don’t over exert yourself in the beginning. It’s a marathon not a race and results don’t happen overnight
2. Your only competition is yourself and no one else. Don’t get intimidated by what you see on social media, Look at it for inspiration and motivation
3. Create healthy eating habits, easier said than done. Dieting will probably be your biggest challenge but it’s doable. Cut meals in half “literally” and add fruits, vegetables and water to meals
