Avinash Pathak Suspension News | बीड जिल्ह्यातील राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग भूसंपादन मावेजा घोटाळा प्रकरणात अटकेत असलेले तत्कालीन जिल्हाधिकारी अविनाश पाठक यांच्यावर राज्य शासनाने निलंबनाची कारवाई केली आहे. ७ मे रोजी लातूरमधून अटक झाल्यानंतर पाठक सध्या न्यायालयीन कोठडीत आहेत. या पार्श्वभूमीवर शासनाने अटकेच्या तारखेपासून निलंबन लागू करण्याचे आदेश जारी केले आहेत. निलंबन काळात त्यांचे मुख्यालय बीड येथेच असणार आहे.

Pathak, who was arrested from Latur on May 7, is currently in judicial custody.
