Pop star Jay Sean rates Melbourne a '20 out of 10' as far as parties go as he boarded his flight to Sydney for the next leg of his tour.

The pop sensation lit up the Sensis marquee at Flemington yesterday alongside Taylor Dane where the duo fired up the dance floor.

Jay Sean told #15Minutesoffame before boarding his flight 'he loved Melbourne' and is considering returning for next year's Formula 1 Grand Prix.
