Vice Chancellor and Minster Philipp Roesler provides the keynote address at AICGS' 30th anniversary symposium in Berlin entitled "Measuring Expectations and Capabilities: The State of the German-American Dialogue" on June 12, 2013. Minister Roesler highlights the importance of negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) for growth on both sides of the Atlantic, as well as for the strength of transatlantic relations in general.
