The object of the game is to get all of your eggs to the opposite side of the board and back again before your opponent. On your way there, the symbol on each egg is visible. But on the way back, the eggs have been flipped and the symbols are hidden. So you have to fire up your hippocampus to remember which eggs are yours. If the ol' hippocampus fails you and you're not sure if an egg is yours, you can use your turn to discreetly look at the symbol and then bluff to cover your tracks.
