Boyo Workers Mark Labour Day, Call for Peace and Better Conditions

Labour Day in Boyo Division was marked with unity and reflection at the Fundong grandstand.

Workers from different sectors turned out despite the ongoing crisis to celebrate their efforts and call for better conditions. The Senior Divisional Officer, Gilbert Menyong, urged employers to value their workers.

The Divisional Delegate for Labour and Social Security called for respect for workers’ rights, while a worker appealed for peace to improve productivity.

The event featured a march past and exhibitions, showing resilience and hope among workers in Fundong.
