The Story of Dattatreya

Welcome to our Story time series, everyone!

In this series, we will touch on various stories relating to Sanatana Dharma, our traditions, and focus on various life values. In today's video, we will talk about the story of Dattatreya.

Bala Vidya is a program designed for children between the ages of 5 and 12 and is conducted as a series of learning sessions at the Sri Vidya Temple Society in Rush, NY.

During Bala Vidya, children learn several aspects of our rich culture and traditions within Sanatana Dharma. Children listen to stories, learn bhajans and slokas, and engage in fun hands-on activities within the temple and will continue their learning through this online platform.

We feel blessed to take part in such a rich culture of traditional teachings and values, and as a "Learning Temple", our vision of the program is to share what we’ve learned at the Sri Vidya Temple with the future generations!
