Sometimes it's hard to promote the island you love so much when most people think that there is nothing but violence in Jamaica. I admit there are times when things are bad, but not many places have an entirety of peace. Never the less, here is my day in Jamaica where we got to go to the beach, eat some great ital food (vegan) and relax a bit in the blue mountains as we looked off on the city lights of Kingston.
