Cinderella Guangzhou Ballet

David Wilcox's unique full length "Cinderella" created for the Classical Ballet of Guangzhou China in 2005. Without the limitations of the traditional score by Prokovief, which so often forces the choreographer to go in directions far off base of the original story, Wilcox instead depends on a newly arranged score by Leo Delibes to tell the tale. Much of the video is taken during the premiere weekend in 2005, but some sections from a 2012 production have been edited in due to changes made by Wilcox.
