Delhi High Court Slams Govt Over Yamuna Pollution | Urgent Action Needed

The Delhi High Court has expressed serious concerns over the rising pollution in the Yamuna River. The court highlighted that due to the lack of treatment plants in 16 industrial areas, untreated waste is being dumped directly into the river. The bench of Justice Prathiba M. Singh and Justice Manmeet P.S. Arora stressed the urgent need to install Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) in 33 industrial areas.
