In this episode I show you how to catch Burbot, also known as Eelpout! This is part of a multi-episode Eastern Washington van life adventure! @Samong Yang Outdoors and I camped at the Columbia River, and met with our friend, Andrew who invited us out on his Inmar raft to for Walleye and Burbot fishing. After a day packed with action, we headed back to shore, and the next morning I made my way back West, but stopped along the way to show you how to cook Burbot. Unfortunately the wind was crazy and made filming a challenge....
