After spending two week in Vietnam, I found myself craving that Korean spice. Something with alot of gochugaru! Dotorimuk and Beansprout Rice were the first two recipes that came to mind. They are both spicy, flavorful and remind me that I am back home in Korea. Try out either banchan. The two combined may be too much spice for you :) so mix and match with other banchans of your choice!
