We asked previous Solstice instructors and yogis from around the world: What is an asana or posture that is meaningful to you right now? In the midst of this chaotic time of emotional upheaval, we wanted to find out which poses are especially grounding. Though we can't share a physical space, we can still share a few ways folks in the yoga community and beyond find mind over madness.
