Ingredients:
2 pcs papaya about 2 kg each
1 med size red and green capsicum strips
1 1/2 heads garlic sliced
6 pcs shallots sliced
3 small carrots Cut into florets
1 1/2 to 2 cups white vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 cups white sugar depends on your taste
1 tsp to taste
1 tsp ground black pepper to taste
