ABOUT THE FST-44
The FST-44 is the only solar surveillance trailer on the market built around a
field-swappable mast. One operator can remove the RATT telescopic mast from the trailer in the field without tools, mount it on a vehicle hitch, tripod, or wall bracket, and redeploy the trailer with a different payload. No other manufacturer offers this capability. It is the feature that earned CTS a sole source contract with SOCOM.
Deployment takes under ten minutes. No crane, no crew, no IT support, no external power source required. Tow it to the site, drop the stabilizer jacks, raise the mast, and power on.
HOW IT WORKS
The FST-44 runs on 640 watts of onboard solar power and a 48V DC battery bank. It operates autonomously for weeks without human intervention. The system charges itself, monitors itself, and streams live video around the clock to your RTCC, VMS, or command platform from anywhere in the world.
Video streams over a 5G/LTE cellular router directly to a public static IP address. There is no NVR on board. Everything is cloud-managed and remotely accessible the moment it powers on. Your agency can view live footage from a laptop, tablet, or mobile device without installing proprietary software or calling IT.
Every camera on the FST-44 is ONVIF-compliant. Integration with Fusus, Motorola CommandCentral Aware, Genetec, Milestone, and any standards-based VMS or RTCC platform is immediate. CTS configures connectivity before the unit ships. Your team connects it to your existing platform the same day it arrives.
CAMERA OPTIONS
The FST-44 supports any ONVIF-compliant IP camera. Standard configurations include Axis, Hanwha Vision, and Avigilon PTZ and multi-sensor units. The demo unit in this video features an Axis P5676-LE PTZ camera paired with an Axis P3748-PLVE quad-sensor multi-sensor camera for wide-area situational awareness combined with
long-range PTZ capability on a single mast.
PROCUREMENT
The FST-44 is available on TIPS Contract #230105 through The Interlocal Purchasing System. Government agencies, law enforcement departments, municipalities, and school districts in all 50 states can purchase directly without a competitive bid process. Reference contract #230105 on your purchase order.
CTS also holds a SOCOM sole source contract. All IP-based electronic systems are NDAA and TAA compliant, making the FST-44 eligible for federal grant funding and DHS programs.
