The United States is split into 435 areas where members of the U.S. House of Representatives are elected from. These are called congressional districts. Knowing which congressional district you live in is super important in election years. You gotta know which lawn sign to care about.

You can do this super easy by going to Smarty.com. Or click the link in the description. At the top hover over Resources, and then under Demos select Single Address Verification. This will bring you to the Single Address Validation Tool.

Here you can check any address in the US for a congressional district. You can set the Step 2 drop-down to freeform and enter in or paste in an address. Then click View Results. Wham!

Now when you scroll down a little you’ll see loads of information about that address including which congressional district the address is in.
