Overgrown driveway..Not sure whether to clean it or mow it

Overgrown driveway..desperate need of cleaning. Customer asked to have it cleaned ASAP as it was up for sale...(but can I just say.. ideally it would have been good to go over it with weedkiller a week or two earlier. ) As you can see..jet cleaning makes a massive difference.
