Matrics benefit from reduction in power cuts

By most accounts, it's been a bright start to this year's matric exams. While Grade 12 pupils cannot avoid power cuts altogether, some contingency measures have been put in place by the Education Department at provincial level and the Electricity Minister is hopeful that the sunshine period of reduced blackouts will continue. eNCA reporter Hloni Mtimkulu has more.
