More bad behavior from our WM (Waste Management) Driver.

In previous videos you have seen the same driver only "self-identified" as "Ricky Bobby" took the time to tag my garbage can as "inaccessible". Quick back story, as this driver was still doing similar behavior but I did not want to cause more waves I just shrugged it off. Until this week: My neighbor parked his car close, but not close enough to warrant this behavior. He stuck a green tag on my can and did not collect the trash. WM really needs to rethink this driver's career at this point.
