Not Your Typical Raccoon Den Site

We received a call regarding sightings of a mother raccoon in this office space. Upon investigation we discovered that she was getting in through an unsealed HVAC unit on the roof of the building.

The owner reported hearing chittering noises above the ceiling of the computer room.
