Euro 2016: Violence breaks out between English and Russian fans

Trouble has broken out again between English and Russian football fans at the Euro 2016 tournament in Lille, France. Dozens of Russian fans were taken into custody after the latest violence. Moscow feels its citizens are being unfairly singled out and it has summoned the French ambassador to explain.
