Errey Harrows/Smudger

I first saw and purchased a set of these that were made by KC Errey & Co. of Cobden Vic back in 1965.
All I had to pull them with then was a little grey Fergy that used to come to a stop on ploughed ground when the harrows built up with dirt.
I drilled the railway line to get a weld both sides, I thought would be a lot stronger than but welds?
