The BRP Ramon Alcaraz (PS-16) is the second in the Philippine Navy Gregorio Del Pilar Class offshore patrol vessels. Named after the Filipino naval hero, the BRP Ramon Alcaraz is one of the efforts to modernize the Philippine Navy.
