3 combo bhel delight is a unique and nutritious snack that offers a healthy and delicious alternative to a traditional bhel. Easy to make, versatile, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages at any time.

Made in a lip-smacking tangy recipe make it spicy or mild the recipe is a super hit with the jowar kurmura, sev, peanuts and pomegranate.


Sorghum is a very good source of micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals.
Rich in amino acids: glutamic acid, proline and leucine, it only lacks lysine. Jowar is a good source of dietary fiber & has a low glycemic index & helps in controlling blood sugar. The fiber, magnesium, vitamin -E, phenolic compounds and tannins present in foods reduce the risk of diabetes as they slow the sudden increase of blood glucose and insulin levels.

Rich in fatty acids -Oleic, linoleic, palmitic, linolenic, and stearic acids that help in improving cardio fitness. Power packed with phenolic acids like benzoic, cinnamic acid, Gallic, vanillic, protocatechuic, cinnamic, p-coumaric, p-hydroxybenzoic, syringic, ferulic, caffeic, and sinapic acids that can act against reactive oxidative species.

Salt : 1tsp as per taste
