NO-BAKE DESSERT: Banoffee Cake | S2

For this first episode, I'm going to show you how to make a no-bake banoffee cake because not everyone has an oven at home. It's perfect for quick get-togethers that you can whip up in a jiffy!

No-Bake Banoffee Cake
For the Pie Crust
* 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
* 150g Graham Crackers
60g sugar
60g cashew nuts for the base

For the Filling
* 1 stick unsalted butter
* 1/3 packed dark brown sugar
* 415 ml condensed milk
* 4 bananas, sliced
* Whipped Cream
* Grated chocolate
