26 Foot Anderson Re-power. Demo Part 1

We are pulling out our 26 foot Anderson that was built here in Santa Barbara by Bill Anderson in 1988 for a repower. The boat was built to dive Abalone and Urchin here and has been doing so since 88.
We are repowering the boat and giving it a little TLC in the process. The old mercruiser motors are tier 0 and the new motor brings us into Carb compliance at Tier 3.
To start the project we got the boat out of the harbor and onto a trailer so that we could start to get all of our shit off of the boat and begin to strip EVERYTHING off the the boat.
This video covers day 1. I'm planning to give video updates every couple of weeks or week depending on the progress we are making. The only experience I have is maintaining the boat over the last few years (issues constantly came up so I actually learned a bit) but this is the first time I have ever worked on redoing a boat. There's a ton to learn, but luckily I have great people to learn from. Hopefully this is interesting and or helpful along the way.
