📖 Leviticus 2 - The Grain Offering

Leviticus 2 describes the grain (meal) offering, an offering made of fine flour, oil, and frankincense. Unlike animal sacrifices, it was bloodless and represented the work of human hands given back to God. The offering could be presented uncooked or baked, but it had to be made without yeast or honey, symbolizing purity and sincerity, and always seasoned with salt, representing God’s enduring covenant.

The grain offering expresses gratitude, dedication, and daily dependence on God, showing that even ordinary labor and provision are acts of worship when offered to Him with a sincere heart.
