“Highlights and Hang Ups” is the first ever documentary about Paul Weller. In it Weller talks candidly about his past, present and future as the film, utilising a mix of video, 35mm film and TV footage, captures him at all stages of his seventeen year career. Spliced throughout the film are many stunning and rare renditions of some or Weller’s best works either from live performances or short specifically for the documentary. It is also the story of a singular musician who has fought with strength and determnination, to archieve his goals.
