Has The Earth Really Shifted on its Axis 66 6 Degrees?

I have been told that Eric the Angry Catfish is now claiming that the Earth has shifted on its axis by (or to?) 66.6 degrees? Could this be true? How would we know? Where would the Northern Pole Star, Polaris and the Little Dipper be now if the Earth had shifted on its axis? We take a look.

Oh, and the Moon is still behaving perfectly normally with Tycho Crater right where it should be.
