Just your typical day in real estate…

There I was, meeting with a family I’d never met before, walking them through the listing presentation — and their 2-year-old daughter decides this is her moment to shine.

She proudly scoots herself on her potty right up next to me… and proceeds to handle her business like an absolute champion. 😂

Parents = mortified.
Me = mom-mode activated.
Little girl = beaming with pride.

Naturally, we paused for an M&M celebration because potty training waits for no listing presentation.

Real estate is never boring, folks.
