Firstly you can dig pits around the four corners of the field,that can remove all water from the field.
Secondly if your water channel are down from your field then open the link and all water can be removed from field.

After removing water immediately apply 8 kg of humic acid in grain form. That can remove the water stress and also boost the crop and result in change of color of crop.All the topic briefly describe in this video.
