5 different flavoured lassi| Lassi for summer | Yogurt drink

Ingredients:

For all type of lassi we need a base
So for Base lassi:
# Dahi- 1 liter for 5 small glasses
# Sugar - 1/2 cup (more or less)

1)Mint lassi
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - a little bit
Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1 inch
Black salt - 1/3 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Sugar -1 tbsp
2)Kairi lassi (raw mango)
Kairi - 1/2 (boiled n peeled )
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
3)Chocolate lassi
Chocolate- 30 grams
Cream - 2 tbsp
4)Rose lassi
Rose syrup - 2 tbsp
5)Kesar lassi
Kesar syrup - 2 tbsp
