Transformers Fall of Cybertron - Chapter 13 Till All Are One

After Megatron infected the core of Cybertron with Dark Energon Optimus assembled a fleet of Autobots to evacuate Cybertron and escape from Megatron's clutches. Now only Optimus and a small force of Autobots remain, however they are greatly outnumbered they cannot remain for much longer. Optimus knows this and has had his remaining forces build a spaceship known as the Ark which will be the Autobots means of escaping the decaying ruins of Cybertron. However Megatron also has a plan, he has built a device known that can create a "Space Bridge" a portal that can lead to other planets aiding Megatron in his never ending search for power. All the while a small Autobot unit led by an Autobot commander known as Grimlock has mysteriously disapeared leaving their post deserted. The Autobots attempt to solve the mystery of how their comrades have simply vanished whilst searching for a way to power the Ark before the Fall of Cybertron...
