New single off my upcoming EP 'Fictional things to worry about'

I wanted to play with the idea of hypocrisy. Everyone on earth is a hypocrite in their own right, self conflicting and constantly tethering between their inhibitions and conscious decisions. Everybody has this amazing power to justify something they did wrong, while pointing fingers at what they see in the world around them. I'm guilty of this too. Sometimes good people do bad thighs, sometimes bad people do good things. The lyrics contradict themselves and are intended to portray the idea that we don't always practice what we preach. We're all just trying to navigate towards our happiness and must understand that in order to do so we can't always live how we want to be perceived. It's about being our true authentic selves no matter how frustrating that can feel.
